SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif., May 03, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Aviza Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:AVZA (changed to AVZAQ on June 19, 2009)), a supplier of advanced semiconductor equipment and process technologies for the global semiconductor industry and related markets, today announced that it will report fiscal 2007 second quarter financial results after the market close on Thursday, May 10, 2007. Jerry Cutini, President and CEO, and Patrick O'Connor, Executive Vice President and CFO, will host a conference call to discuss the second quarter results on May 10, 2007, at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (1:30 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time).
